Following our wedding rehearsal, we will be hosting our wedding party and family members for an intimate dinner at Moonstone Grill, an upscale California cuisine restaurant with stunning ocean views.

​

​If you are not in the wedding party or immediate family but would like to join for dinner, please reach out to Christine or Jason. If we have open seats, we can add you to the list for a fee towards your meal.

​

Suggested Attire: Smart Casual

WEDDING & RECEPTION
The Lost Whale

Timeline: We are elated to invite you to witness our vows and join us in celebration at the Lost Whale Inn. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3pm, so we ask you to please arrive with enough time to get settled before we begin. The reception will conclude at 10:00pm, and we ask that anyone not staying on the property please arrange for travel elsewhere at that time.

Food/Drinks: We will provide appetizers, dinner, and a selection of desserts. A complimentary bar will be serving wine and a few signature cocktails. While drinks are on us, we ask that you bring cash tips for our bartender.

​

Dress Code: Festive Formal / Garden Party / Cocktail

Men: Suit, tie, dress shoes

Women: Dress (floor length, midi, or cocktail) or formal pant-suit

Vibe: Think boho / fall garden / foggy forests / coastal sunset / wildflowers

Event Colors: Muted Earth Tones

We understand some people will be taking off on Friday, but if you choose to stick around, use this time to explore the Pacific North Coast beaches, the Redwood Forest, or the towns of Arcata or Eureka. See 'Local Suggestions' page for ideas.

NoRTH CoUNTRY FAIR
The Arcata Plaza

One of Humboldt's most anticipated events of the year, and a local tradition since 1974. Here you will find local artisans selling hand crafted goods, live music, food vendors, and some eclectic entertainment.
*HEART SONG* PARTY
While the wedding at The Lost Whale is our primary celebration of love for our family and closest people, we will also be hosting a party for our larger circle of local friends at a beautiful property close by. We will be sharing more information on this event at a later date, so please check back.
